Is it true that if you put on a bit of weight that you will begin to snore? How do I stop snoring?

Q) I’m 31 and I do snore. Not load apparently but I do. Any ideas?

A) Yes, it is true that overweight people tend to snore. You can try sleeping on your stomach or buy one of those snore stoppers (something you put on your nose) but I myself never tried it so I am not sure how useful it is. Most important, if it does not bother you, and nobody else sleeps with you, don’t worry about the snoring.
